: the state of having people who are different races or who have different cultures in a group or organization.
Diversity was the battle cry from the cast of Hamilton, when the Vice President Elect went for an evening out with his son and daughter last night.
A well earned evening off, to see something he would enjoy was marred by the usual social warriors last night forcing their opinions. Not only booing and interrupting the performance, the leader of the cast chose to make a relaxing evening out, a political platform to make his thoughts known.
‘We sir, we are the diverse America who are alarmed and anxious that your new administration will not protect us, our planet, our children, our parents, or defend us and uphold our inalienable rights.
As if, by being a lead in the cast, he has the right to speak for some, when he should be addressing the hecklers disrupting an event.Having been taught social manners from a very early age, (where at all events, all reasonable people are required to put their differences to one side and to briefly ignore your own allegiance and conviction)….. I find it offensive! The cost for tickets (if you can get them) for this event has been reported to be around $800 and up! and, if I had paid that amount I would be screaming at the management for my money back. Why? Not because of the rude audience, (whom the management should have admonished), but because their staff chose to use it as a platform for their own opinions.Imagine going in to your local restaurant only to be met with a waitress that wanted to talk about her personal concerns related to your business, rather than serving the food!Is there any event where, (according to SJW) it is not out of bounds to their disruption and forced point of view? A wedding? the death of someone? a funeral of a child? I would offer that there is none to these people!
It appears that these ‘diverse’ Americans wont allow diversity that does not agree with them. After all is the man not allowed to have his own “inalienable rights.“?
